Almost no one makes a ring that exactly matches the style of Kate Middleton's engagement ring. This one is fairly close.The match is good in that the band is similar and the shape of the stone is almost perfect. Many other rings comes up with a beefed up and split band and a stone that is more round than oval. The fake diamonds around the edge are also very similar.The one thing no one matches is the setting, or the claws around the edge that hold the stone in place. On the real ring, the prongs circle the stone and are much smaller so as not to get in the way of the stone. Here (and on most other replicas), there are four large clips holding the stone.On its own, it is a fairly nice piece of costume jewelry. It comes in a nice clear plastic case that you can use to display the ring without having it exposed to the elements.I think it is a much better value than all of the other replicas I have seen. It is certainly better than the one they gave away on Oprah or Ellen, or whatever daytime show it was.Note that the company that carries and ships this has very good and quick communication. I was a little disappointed that they did not ship it the next day, but the ring still arrived in less than a week and sooner than they said it would.

This is indeed a beautiful ring. So why did I return it? The stone was a bit too large for me - not a matter of defect but preference. I ordered the petite version, also from Bling and couldn't be happier. The return was accepted and my payment credited with no problems. Thanks Bling for giving me...well...BLING!

This ring should have no other name but Lavendar Burst Swarovski Crystal Sterling Silver Ring because of the explosion of color that this ring entails. A variety of colored austrian crystals, including white, lavender and purple, are specifically placed to create a fading effect from the left side of the ring to the right side. This sparkling austrian crystal ring is a dome shaped ring, with a 3 cm wide sterling silver band that grows to .75 inches at the widest place.
I bought this ring at Walmart for 59.99. It REALLY caught my eye when I was casually looking through their jewelry show cases with no intention of buying anything until I spotted this ring. This picture does absolutely no justice. Surprisingly picks up a lot of light even in a dim room and looks especially good against a tanned skin. It is bulky in size so I would recommend wearing it on a middle finger. Needless to say..its very eye catching. If you can find it at Walmart..grab it for the 59.99 price!!! It is listed in the show case as Swarovski Luminesse.

I agree with quiltingnancy. The darker sapphires are the most desirable. Lucky buyer who got the true deep blue cz sapphire. Too bad she returned it. But then someone else's mistake becomes another person's good luck. I love my Kate ring. Will be wearing it for sure on The Big Day if my daughter doesn't sneak it out of my jewelry box.

I had bought this for my girlfriend, but was extremely unimpressed upon its arrival. :-/I AM a guy, but I have been purchasing high-end and bespoke jewelry items (for me & my girlfriend) for some time. However, I do have reasonable expectations when it comes to the mass-production/mid-end stuff. With that said, this ring was quite a disappointment.I'm aware of the intended tarnish/patina of the ring, but the crystals were awful. I expected a LITTLE clouding and "character" in the crystals (even though the Amazon images suggest great clarity), but 2 of the 3 crystals had fairly large EXTERNAL chips/cracks. Additionally, 1 of the 3 crystals had a large portion that had the clarity of concrete.Having been a fan of Erin Wasson for over a decade, I have followed her from modeling to her design career and had high expectations for these pieces. I was let down. Either Low Luv's quality-control people are crap, or AMAZON is carelessly shipping previously returned items without prior inspection.It's off to Returnsville!
